What next?

Contact me to arrange a first appointment.
At the first appointment you can tell me what the problem is - just telling someone about it is often really helpful - then we can talk about how we might work on it. That way you also get an idea of what it's like having counselling with me. (I charge my normal fee of £45 - or £60 after 6pm - for the first session)

You needn't decide at our first meeting - you can go away and think about it. Later, if you want to go ahead, just phone or email to arrange more sessions.

Some people only have a few sessions - it works best if it's weekly - some have many. We can talk about how many sessions you feel able to commit to, and then we can aim to work within that time.

You may feel that private counselling is too expensive, in which case you could look at EACS, a local low cost counselling service

Ealing Broadway station (Central Line, District Line, and overground trains to Paddington) is a short bus ride away - or a 20 minute walk.

West Ealing station (overground trains to Paddington, Ealing Broadway, Hanwell, Greenford, Hayes) - 5 minutes' walk.

Northfields station (Piccadilly Line) is a 30 minute walk - or you can use a bus for part of the way
The E1, E7, and E11 bus routes stop very close by
Parking is free, but you will need to ask me for a visitor's permit if your car is parked here at certain times, (this is a Controlled Parking Zone): between 10 and 11am or between 2 and 3pm - no extra charge.
